Wasaga Beach Blues’ Street Shuffle Lineup

 Get ready to boogie down Stonebridge Boulevard during Wasaga Beach Blues
Sept. 12 to 15 at the Stonebridge Town Centre in Wasaga Beach.
Stonebridge Boulevard wil sound more like Beale Street during the Boogie Boulevard Street Shuffle on Saturday, Sept. 14 from noon to 4 p.m. A dozen blues’ bands— many of them from the Georgian Bay area— will have music fans jumpin’ and jivin’, singin’ and swayin’ for a high energy atmosphere. There’s a mix of country blues, jazz, blues and soul standards, classic blues, rock, funk and delta
blues. The bands scheduled to perform are:

Bradley and the Bouncers
Mark Stafford and the Dues Brothers
Ronnie Douglas Blues Band with Roly Platt
The Sensations
Lisa Hutchinson and Raw Deal Blues Band
Aaron Garner Blues Band
Jake Chisholm
Robin Hawkins
D-Mar and Gill
The Romney Getty Band
Chuck Jackson’s Big Bad Blues Revue with special guests The Mississippi AllStars will perform at the Boogie Woogie Blues Banquet on Sept. 12, which kicks of Wasaga Beach Blues. The Main Stage will feature: D'Mar and Gill, the Legendary Downchild Blues Band, Irene Torres & The Sugar Devils, Dexter Allen, Jack de Keyzer, The Last Waltz -Tribute to The Band, Mark Bird Stafford’s Junior Jam, The Paul James Band and The Mississippi All Stars.
Every year Wasaga Beach Blues continues to expand its offerings, attract new partners and improve the festival experience. For 2013, the Wasaga Beach Home & Leisure Show, hosted by Beach Booster will be held in conjunction with the festival on Sept. 14 and 15 at The Stonebridge Town Centre.
While Wasaga Beach Blues is a free music festival, donations are gratefully accepted. All donations will go to support the new Wasaga Beach Public Library.
Wasaga Beach Blues, which is becoming a new destination for blues’ fans who like to soak up the sun and the sounds is at The Stonebridge Town Centre is located at 291 Main St at River Rd W. Wasaga Beach Blues will also feature performances at Boston Pizza and Wild Wing.
